Walking Together
After a long winter of cabin fever, I am ready to be outdoors. The sun is shining this morning but it's still cool.
I think there is a way I could enjoy the improving weather, burn some calories, help my cholesterol count, and carve out girlfriend time: walk with my girls!
All my girls like to walk with me, but I think we need to set a schedule to hold each other accountable and consistently walk together. We might even set a goal to train for an event to do together. I need to consider all the different places we could walk beyond our neighborhood-parks, forest preserves, and maybe an outdoor walking track which would be a nice change of scenery.
