Every person at some time in his/her life has fallen. Many have fallen many times; few, few times. Who cannot fail to understand and shudder after reading of Peter's guilt?

Perhaps God is speaking to you right at this very moment. He is speaking so softly that no one hears His whisper but you. Today, God is turning and looking at you, as He did with Peter. Right where you are--at work or in your office at home. Perhaps you are staring into the face of a difficult decision and you're spirit is far away from God dealing with some issue, some sin, some unbearable weight.

Stay right where you are.
Don't turn and distract yourself with the hustle and bustle of life.
Hold His gaze and wait...

"...after the earthquade came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper..."

...just listen for His whisper.
