Divine Interruption?

Could my 'liminal space' be a divine interruption?

I have danced all around this topic of divine interruption for several months. I've asked myself a hundred times 'what does God want me to do?'

What are His plans for me?

What should I be doing for Him?

Where do I ‘put’ my anger and frustrations?

Why is my mind constantly filled with questions I can’t answer?

Do I really trust God?

Is this ‘divine interruption’ so simple I’ve tripped over it for months and not realized it?

Here it is...

LIVE FOR GOD TODAY. BE OBEDIENT WITH THIS MOMENT…TODAY.

Duh??

MY resolutions are numerous…

I WILL stop whining and complaining about what I can’t control and don’t understand.

I WILL quit asking what’s behind every door…even those that are slightly cracked.

All I need to do is live for HIM… (a swallow and a sigh)…That’s faith.

Listen to God's response to my question.

'So here's what I want you to do, God helping you:

Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering.

Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God.

You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it.

Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
