A wake up call is either something you ask for at a hotel or a traumatic event that changes your life.
The call to change comes in many guises: a divorce, the loss of a friend or family member, an accident, sudden job loss, illness of a child, financial 'bumps in the road' or any other unexpected event that storms into your life and takes control.
It's what we do when we receive the call that reveals who we are.
